About me

As a Data Scientist with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Big Data. My expertise includes optimization, statistical pattern recognition, analysis of single-cell genomics, RNA-seq data, and immunosequencing data. With a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data analytics, I have a proven track record of interpreting and analyzing data to find patterns and provide actionable insights. As a diligent and driven individual, I uphold the principles of mutual assistance and communal spirit. I am an active participant in the machine learning and deep learning community. Additionally, I have taken on the role of reviewer at esteemed institutions such as the PLoSOnE journal, and the BIBM, BHI, and SBP-BRiMS conferences. Through these associations, I endeavor to remain current with the latest developments in my field and contribute to the wider professional community. In essence, my dedication to my work fuels my enthusiasm for pursuing new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Before joining GSK, I was a post-doctoral researcher in Das Lab at University of Pittsburgh. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science under Professor Donald Adjeroh at the West Virginia University.
